Start moving module 04 at PV Shipyard

Last March 9, 2022, after completing the toolbox, testing module 04 and making sure there were no problems, PPL experts and engineers moved the module 04 to the loadout position.
To move module 04 from the wharf to the barge, PPL engineers used a self-propelled hydraulic trailer (SPMT) and the process was smooth.
