Transporting oversized and overweight objects
For projects involving the transportation of special oversized and overweight cargo in certain industries, specialized vehicles and official transport permits are required. These permits specify vehicle license plates, approved routes, and permitted timeframes, and are issued by the Directorate for Roads of Vietnam under the Ministry of Transport. Only a limited number of companies are capable of meeting these special transportation requirements.
