Despite extremely challenging climatic conditions and obstacles, all four modules were transported safely to their destination, further demonstrating PPL's ​​capabilities in logistics in general, and especially in the field of oversized and overweight cargo.

To transport and ensure the absolute safety of the four modules, PPL experts and staff meticulously planned and calculated technical parameters, and most importantly, monitored the water level to balance the barge with the outside water level during the launching of the cargo.

Initially, PPL had to work with parties such as the machine manufacturer and maritime surveyors to conduct surveys and utilize the SPMT self-propelled hydraulic trailer.

The use of the SPMT self-propelled hydraulic trailer to move the modules from the dock to the barge, arranging them in the correct order, and then back from the barge to the dock, proceeded smoothly, ensuring safety and adherence to schedule.

In addition, PPL installed equipment to monitor weather conditions and tidal levels at both Dong Xuyen Port and Shipyard to proactively assess sea levels during the operation.
