I. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Mining technical management

- On behalf of the General Director, handle documents and papers; approve technical plans before and after the Company signs transportation contracts, repair plans, etc.

- Support the General Director in developing strategies and plans in the field of mining engineering, project management and maintenance. Set goals and policies for the management of Mining Technical departments.

- Take charge of establishing construction bidding measures when receiving the General Director's opinion, monitor the progress and construction process of projects within the scope of work.

- Direct the control of quality and project completion progress; direct the Mining Technical Department, etc.

- Direct the planning, transportation and relocation of oversized and overweight goods of industrial factories - industrial parks or construction projects installing oversized equipment.

- Work with relevant agencies in organizing the implementation of freight transport.

- Regularly research and monitor, grasp information on domestic and foreign investment projects and projects.

2. Human resource management

- Direct the organization of compilation of documents, storage and management of paper records in the Mining Engineering sector.

- Train and build a team of Mining Engineering Department staff to meet job requirements.

- Manage and operate all technical work during project implementation.

3. Report work directly to the General Director.

II. REQUIREMENTS

1. Education/professional qualifications

- Graduated from University of Science and Technology, University of Technical Education, University of Transport, Maritime University in one of the following majors: Mechanical Engineering, Automotive; Mechanical; Mechatronics; Ship design (Preferably with a good degree or higher).

- Office computer skills equivalent to a B degree or higher.

- English proficiency equivalent to a B degree or higher.

2. Skills

- Leadership and management skills.

- Work planning and team management skills.

- Work organization and supervision skills.

- Analysis, synthesis and reporting skills.

- Good negotiation and communication skills, presenting convincing ideas.

- Good working skills in a volatile and high-pressure environment.

3. Experience

- At least 8 years of experience in the field of oversized and overweight transportation or installation and construction. At least 05 years of management experience.

- Experience in interacting with relevant agencies
