Survey of technical plans - Marine Survey

II. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Conduct surveys, prepare survey reports and develop cargo loading and unloading plans.

2. Develop bidding plans and related technical calculations:

- Calculate ballast & barge stability when loading out, loading in and during transportation

- Calculate Mooring barges and wharfs

- Calculate barge strength

- Calculate cargo lashing on barges - Seafastening

- Calculate tugboat pulling force and problems related to maritime transportation

3. Work and meet with shippers on plans and related technical issues (in Vietnamese, English).

4. Monitor production plans to develop plans to prepare vehicles and materials.

5. Balance tools and equipment to promptly serve the project within the month.

6. Participate in on-site production when needed.

7. Provide technical guidance / Supervise implementation at the project / construction site.

8. Monitor and report on technical management, human resources and report to the Head of the Technical Department.

9. Monitor the management and maintenance of equipment. Report to the Head of the Technical Department.

10. Perform other tasks when required.

11. Monitor technical management work related to equipment of related departments.

12. Advise on technical improvements.

III. REQUIREMENTS

1. Graduated from Maritime University, University of Transport, University of Science and Technology, Nha Trang University,... in one of the following majors: Marine Engineering, Ship Design, Shipbuilding (Preferably with a good degree or higher).

2. Professional experience of 02 years. Good knowledge of material strength.

3. Skilled and proficient in graphics and simulation software: Autocad; Moses, Solidwork; Ansys; Sap2000;…

4. Good use of Office software.

5. Able to read and understand technical drawings and specialized English documents. Able to communicate in English.

6. Good health, able to travel on business according to dispatch orders, production plans or work requirements.

7. Hardworking, with a serious and professional working spirit and attitude.

8. Priority is given to men aged 24 to 35.
