I. RECRUITMENT POSITION

II. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Perform sales support tasks (60%)

-   Make quotations, bid documents, adjust prices, monitor price negotiations, send notices to customers..

-   Draft contracts, prepare SOPs for customers

-   Transfer and disseminate prices, contracts, and issues agreed with customers to OPS and accountants.

-   Monitor the signing of quotations, contracts, and receive originals. Create records to track the handover of departments

-   Monitor new customers, coordinate between sales, OPS and customers, promptly interact and support.

-   Periodically report to the department head.

-   Support accounting in debt collection.

2. Perform work to support vendor operations (10%)

- Based on proposals and opinions of departments, contact vendor to sign contracts

- Follow up on signing quotes, contracts, receive originals. Create records to track department handovers

- Work with vendors when support is needed.

3. Perform customer care work to satisfy and strengthen customer relationships (15%)

- Receive and handle customer complaints according to the instructions.

- Contact departments, agree on solutions.

- Periodically collect customer information, regularly exchange with customers, OPS

- Propose solutions to engage with customers.

4. Complete industry knowledge data (10%)

- Update industry knowledge.

- Complete internal data to support customers when needed.

- Attend all training sessions.

5. Perform OPS support tasks as prescribed (5%)

- Support OPS tasks during the service provision process: SI, Bill, Booking, shipping documents, document translation, etc.

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education level
Male/Female - Graduated from college or higher in the following majors: Economics, Business Administration, International Business, Import-Export, Logistics, ... or related economic majors

2. Foreign language ability
Proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing)

3. Office IT
Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook

4. Experience
From 1 year of professional experience

5. Professional capacity
Economic law; Finance - accounting, auditing

6.   Professional skills   -   Good presentation and communication skills

-   How to make contracts, reports, and data

-   Listening, analyzing, problem solving and decision making skills

-   Independent and team working skills

- Writing, drafting and expressing ideas, persuasion skills

- Know how to manage and allocate work
