Dak Ndrung Wind Power Project
PPL participated in the loading and unloading at the port and transportation of 81 wind turbine towers for the Dak N'Drung 1–2–3 Project, including oversized and heavy-duty components for the construction of the wind power plant in Dak Nong.
Goals & Scope of Work
- Safely unloaded all equipment at Phu My and Cam Ranh ports.
- Transported 81 wind turbine towers to the construction site on schedule.
- Ensured compliance with international safety and technical standards.
Key Challenges
- Large equipment, heaviest weighing 107 tons and longest measuring 75.7 m.
- Urgent transportation required.
- Hilled terrain and long distances (620 km) between the two ports.
