For wind power and solar power projects that will be deployed in the future, the electricity price negotiation mechanism and similar power purchase agreement will be applied to ensure the uniformity of the legal corridor with the projects.

As for the projects that have been recognized for commercial operation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade requests the Prime Minister to issue a guiding document to have a basis to guide the review and review of the contract between EVN and the investors. private.
